Interim report highlights: high-level panels at COP16 and the World Bank Annual Meetings 2024
4 Nov 2024
The launch of the Interim Report kicks off dialogue on the links between debt, nature and climate in the lead up to COP29.
Launch events
We held two launch meetings for our Interim Report, in Washington and in Cali, Colombia, during COP16. In Washington during the IMF/World Bank Annual Meetings the report was presented at the IADB, with around 170 also watching online. Avinash Persaud of the IADB, Shanti Bobin of the French Treasury and Allison Holland of the IMF all contributed to the discussion. From this, we hope that our report and further engagement with the IMF can influence their review of the DSF.
